PhotoVogue Global Open Call 2026: $12,000 in grants and the chance to be published in Vogue
PhotoVogue has announced its 2026 international competition, “Brave New Visions: Creativity as Rebellion.”
🇱🇻 Artists from Latvia are also eligible to participate.
✅ Participation is free.
💵 Three artists will receive grants totaling 12,000 U.S. dollars.
The competition is seeking photographers, videographers, and multimedia artists with a strong, original perspective on the modern world.
Can I participate from Latvia? Yes.
The PhotoVogue competition is open to artists from all countries who are 18 years of age or older. Photography, video, and multimedia projects in all genres are accepted.
Contest Theme
“Creativity as Rebellion” should not be interpreted solely in a political sense.
PhotoVogue is looking for works that:
* resist indifference and visual repetition;
* draw attention to issues in contemporary society;
* offer a different perspective on people and the world;
* leave an emotional or conceptual impression on the viewer;
* employ a bold and personal visual language.
We accept fashion, documentary, portrait, fine art, and experimental photography.
📮 What can be submitted?
Authors may submit:
* a series of up to 15 images;
* a multimedia project combining photographs and video;
* a video clip up to 60 seconds long or a promotional still from the project.
Works generated by artificial intelligence are not permitted.
If an author has previously participated in another PhotoVogue competition, they may submit a new project.

💵 $2,000 — Rising Voice Grant
Selected authors will also receive:
🖼 a presentation at the next PhotoVogue festival
